Isha Prenatal Yoga is a program specially designed for the wellbeing of pregnant women and unborn children. As a pregnant woman’s physical, mental and emotional state has an impact on her child’s development, Isha Prenatal Yoga is aimed towards helping a pregnant woman improve her awareness and keep her body, mind and emotions pleasant.

Yoga and meditation to bond with your baby. Increase flexibility, strength and centeredness with key yoga poses to ease labor and delivery. Reduce stress and helps sleep well. Isha Hatha Yoga practices designed specifically for this joyful time in your life include meditations, Nada Yoga, Upa Yoga, and sadhana.

Designed by Sadhguru, Isha Angamardana needs no fitness equipment. It involves only the body and floor exercises that can be practiced anywhere, even during travel.
